make a purchase from our site, you provide your name, email address, address,

to keep you updated on your orders and to personalise your shopping experience.

that it was collected for; to be able to deliver the goods, to help us to better
understand our market and to communicate with past purchasers. Personal information

We do not have access to, nor see your credit card details. The only information
we receive is the relevant items that enable us to link the payment to the sale

Delivery Details
The cost of the delivery is included in the price of the goods. Goods will
be delivered upon receipt of payment.
Goods will be sent via Australia Post unless another method has been agreed
upon prior to or at time of sale, therefore, please allow 10 working days before
contacting us if goods have not been received.
Refunds Policy
We at Autobalance believe that Magnum will significantly reduce the vibrations
in your tyres. If you are not satisfied that this has occurred and you have
ruled out other mechanical problems with your vehicle, please contact us at
info@autobalance.com.au and we
will endeavour to assist you in solving your problem.
If goods are damaged in transit, please contact us and we will replace the
goods once the damaged goods have been returned. |
